Shipping policy

We take great care in preparing artwork for shipment. All pieces are packaged securely using industry‑standard materials to protect them as much as possible during transit. While we do our best to ensure your artwork arrives safely, shipping carriers can experience unexpected delays or damage.

For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for large or original works of art. Insurance provides added protection and peace of mind should any issues arise once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Although, we cannot replace an original work of art, we can discuss options should an unexpected mishap occur during shipping.
