This painting was completed to bring awareness to the first major projects aimed at rehabilitating seismic lines: the Algar Historic Restoration Project (Algar) and the Linear Deactivation Project (LiDea), as documented in the COSIA Caribou Habitat Restoration paper. My goal is to increase awareness of the issues facing caribou populations using art.
